Breakfast offered many choices of food. i found the fitness center to have basic cardio equipment. the hotel has a private funicular to the thermes. Very convenient. the room included complimentary coffee and tea.
i noticed the parking is paid and very NARROW.

reception staff are friendly and helpful. the hotel planned connecting rooms without request. bathrobes are provided for access to the thermes. i found the service good overall.

Mediocre Stay with Issues
ineffective thermostat midnight party
The location was central and provided easy access to nearby attractions.
I was disappointed with the room temperature control. It was ineffective. The thermostat seemed useless. Also a private party with loud music continued until midnight which disrupted sleep.

climate control system staff attitude
i found a couple things really frustrating the room's climate control was a joke it was either way too hot or i had to figure out how to shut it off completely also a loud party with a dj went on until late right next to the lobby on a friday night nobody could sleep with that noise and the staff didn't even apologize properly they tried to deny it instead i expect more from a place like this

The breakfast proved acceptable with varied options.
Room temperature control was not operational. The room remained excessively warm. house keeping failed to replenish coffee supplies. The absence of shampoo replacement also detracted from the stay.

clean room modern elevators complimentary tea wide variety
The hotel room was clean and modern with comfortable elevators. Complimentary coffee, water, and tea were available in the room (a nice touch!). I appreciated the safe, hairdryer, ironing facilities, TV, air conditioning, phone, and bathroom hood. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I enjoyed it.
I found the dinner options to be somewhat limited.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The reception staff provided really good support during check-in. When one staff member could not understand my request, they promptly arranged assistance using Google Translate, showing dedication.

amazing breakfast clean room rude staff air conditioner
the breakfast was amazing with so much choice and good food. the room was clean and quite big.
the air conditioner did not work in my room at all , and no one cared to fix it even though they were aware of the situation. the staff were rude.
